How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Lonnskart account at any time using either of the two methods below. Deletion is immediate — once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.

Option 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)

Follow these steps in the Lonnskart app:

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@lonnskart.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

Deleted immediately

• Your account credentials and authentication data
• Your email address and any personal identifiers
• All sessions activities

Retained after deletion

Lonnskart is a community-driven salary transparency platform. Salary contributions are anonymized before being stored — they are not linked to your identity in any way. To preserve the integrity of the platform's data for the wider community, anonymized salary entries you have submitted may be retained after your account is deleted.

Retention Period

Personal data (email, credentials) is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Anonymized salary contributions have no fixed deletion date, as they form part of the platform's aggregated dataset and contain no personal information.
